Yes I got a set of two for my birthday nice and happy inside there oh my God whistling the never seen them so happy before.. I like a comfortable and easy to assemble and how the size of it Appearance versatility sturdiness

My parakeets are older, so I do not expect them to tear into it for chewing action. They have lots of other stuff to bite and chew. The box is a great size for a large cage, is well-made, looks great, and arrived in perfect condition. It is a nice design, and although my birds are terrified of it since it is new, they will get used to it like anything new in their space. I expect it will be a hit after curiosity replaces terror.

I realize there are many favorable reviews form this nesting box. and I will say for the price, even though it didn't quite live up to my expectation, I will not be returning it. The first thing that happened is that the latch for the lift up side fell off. when I went to rescue it in, I found that the holes were too large and the screws wouldn't stay in. So I tried gluing the latch on with no luck. Threw latch away. The box it is sitting on the floor of my parakeet cage because it is impossible to get the second screw on to attach it to the side of the cage. One's hand cannot reach into the side that doesn't open on top in order to attach the screw to the wing nut. And the holes are too close to the top, so the metal washer doesn't even fit. I am going to have to make new holes (like one of the pictures erroneously shows) side by side near the entrance in order to get it on the side of the cage. I think if one is serious about a nesting box, better to go to Pet Smart or Poet Co or somewhere and get a heavy wood one. This one is very, very thin wood. Like the kind you punch out from sheets. Craft wood. Update: I drilled two more holes that were accessible and attached it on the outside to the cage. So all's well that ends well.

I love the look-simple. My birds loved it so much they chewed the whole door off lol. The only thing I found difficult is to attach to the cage cause of the left side screw hole is way in there but it’s where it should be, in the left corner and my hand just couldn’t fit but that’s just my fat hand. Nonetheless, my budgies are scared of being in a house I guess so they chewed it up instead but that’s their seal of approval to me

Odd smelling, too small for budgies and not the right kind of nesting box for what they need. Also budgies ate it and the metal was sharp.

This nest box was slightly larger than I expected, but my Lady Gouldians seem to love it. The larger size meant that the second bolt hole was too far to attach to the cage as intended, so I ziptied it in place instead. This modification did not detract at all from the usability of this nest box. There are 6 or 7 babies in there! Im very happy with this nest box!

I thought about including a photo but didn't think it was necessary. My parakeets didn't use it for its intended purpose, they have really enjoyed chewing it up. They started at the top and are working their way down. It doesn't seem to cause them any harm so I will leave it for enrichment until it all but falls off the screw.

Got this bird box for my 2 zebra finches and it’s a great size for them both! Easy to install and good quality. My finches were curious and started to go inside as soon as I put it up. The opening is great for cleaning.

This is a gorgeous addition to my Budgie cage great size with fantastic fixings.

This could be a great product. The perch is so soft that it’s no good for Budgies or small parrots.
