A Great Buy
For price, quality, taste and value, 5 Stars all around. I purchased several different peppercorns at once here, and we taste-tested them straight out of the bags. Fresh, fragrant, and full-bodied -- you'll be hard-pressed to find a better deal on a better product. Highly recommended.

Quality green peppercorns
The transaction was perfect from start to finish. Grinding the green peppercorns with white peppercorns in my grinder resulted in a wonderful lighter flavor than buying black peppercorns or any pre-ground peppercorns. They also allowed me to create my own blend of peppercorns for lighter dishes.

Nothing beats a fresh ground pepper medley
One of my favorite and most used wedding gifts was a pair of 2 foot tall clear acrylic salt and pepper grinders. They are a statement piece that changed the way I cooked forever. Not only did regular use sculpt my arms, but they taught me the magic of a fresh ground peppercorn medley. I didn't think it made that big of a difference until I used up the pepper the grinder came with and I replaced it with straight black peppercorns. I dearly missed the depth and range of flavor it added to my food. That's where these babies come in. I needed to augment my black peppercorns with pink, green and white peppercorns for the ultimate pepper-gasm. It sounds weird, but trust me, it's a thing....

Great quality to rehydrate and brine
I used to spend a lot of money purchasing brined green peppercorns to use for salad dressings and sauces, then one day figured I’d try saving a little money and brining them myself.These peppercorns are fantastic. I just put a couple peeled and halved garlic cloves in a pan with a cup or so of water and boil them for a couple minutes, then toss in a couple handfuls of peppercorns and boil them until they’re soft. Then I drain them, pack them in a jar with various spices and a little lemon juice and vinegar and let them sit in the fridge for a few days.I have had company tell me I should sell my salad dressing they love these so much. They really are far better quality than I expected for the price.Don’t think twice. You’ll be happy with them!

Great for people who cannot eat black pepper for health reasons
I never knew about green peppercorns. Then when I was having some problems with my histamine intolerance, these were recommended as low. So I tried them and they have a wonderful flavor that I can feel free to use on all my recipes that require some spice. They are wonderful in homemade soups. I don't miss the black pepper at all. The actually have a very fresh taste. These green peppercorns work nicely in the pepper grinder. I highly recommend them.
