Can these bags be heat-sealed?

I don’t know if they can be heat sealed, but use caution with those that can be. My concern with these types of bags is that they have to contain something other than just paper. I used to use ones I got from Daiso. I didn’t realize they were made of polyester. 3 years later, I was diagnosed with estrogen positive breast cancer. Whether the estrogenic nature of heated polyester led to or facilitated growth of the cancer, I have no idea. But, I only use unbleached paper ones now. PS - I currently “cancer free”...aka no evidence of disease.

If I order 1000 bags, will I receive 10 boxes of 100?

Don't know about 1000, but I ordered 200 and got two boxes of 100

Do you use glue to attach the three sides of the tea bag? I don’t want glue particles in my tea.

I think you may be trying to ask the manufacturer, or seller. But if not; the bags are folded on one short side, and sealed on the two long sides. You put tea in the remaining short side, fold the top over, and clip it shut to steep in your tea.
