A little late answering this question. I am Male, 6' 1" and 220lbs. My wife had me try on her pants that I bought her which were a medium and they fit just fine. They are very stretchy. To be frank she thought they looked great. She had a hard time leaving me alone. Hope that helps dude.

Strange. I’m 5’6 and 130lbs and the small was WAY, WAY too small on me. I had to return and am ordering a medium. I’m usually a small or extra small in everything so I wonder if they charged the sizing? I ordered the capris, not the full length… maybe those run smaller?
