Excellent value!
I've been using these hoses for several years now. We use them in the barn,in the garden,to wash equipment, etc. They outlast any other flex hose I've tried and they are easier to use and have much better water flow. We put them through some very harsh conditions and in winter extreme cold down to -50F(we drain after each use in this kind of cold of course). They handle anything easily and stay nice and flexible. We can drive farm equipment over them, animals step on them and chew on them, they get dragged in dirt and rocks, etc. Very very durable. If I had one complaint I would say the valve end could be a little better made. We usually end up putting our own end on before the hose wears out because the valve in the original end starts leaking long before the hose actually goes bad. It's a minor inconvenience and for as great and durable as these hoses are in every other way it's well worth it to me. I would recommend this hose to anyone that's looking for a good quality flex hose that's also very competitively priced. Great product!

Hose weakens at spigot
I love the way this hose handles. It's easy to maneuver and appears pretty strong; however, today, after only one year, I turned on the faucel and all the water spurted out at the spigot. It's very weak where it attaches to the faucet. The rest of the hose is still in good shape. I use it every day. Wish the company would make the hose stronger where it attaches to the faucel. Some people complain that the spray isn't strong enough; however, with the hand-held attachment on "jet" stream, I get more water pressure than I ever need. I think we had to purchase the attachment separately, but I may be wrong. Hoping the company will stand by its warranty. The hose is too expensive to replace every year.

No kinks
It is super lightweight, shrinks when not in use. Perfect for places with limited space. It is flexible and I did not have any kinks. Great value for the price.

Cheap, shoddy and should NOT be rated #1 by Amazon
Amazon should stop selling this product! The lifetime guarantee is a lie as the company that issued said guarantee is no longer in service. There is no replacement or company contact available for service. FlexiHose is not the same product as Flex Hose! This shoddy product, rated #1 by Amazon can be purchased at elsewhere for$15.00. The product is made to be disposable, just like all the other cheap hoses out there. Amazon should refund the buyers money for selling such a junky product with such a high rating.

Lives up to the hype
I have only had this for one day and am basing my review strictly on what I have experienced so far. This little gem comes in a box that is 9x9x6 (pretty small) so I was dubious about its 100' length. Simple to hook up to my outdoor faucet and it comes with a nozzle that has various settings. Followed the instructions on hook up and starting the water flow. This hose absolutely lives up to the hype. It easily expanded to its full length and I was able to water plants at both the front and back of my house. The magic happens when you turn it off. Turn off the faucet, then empty the hose using the nozzle. This thing shrinks back to its compact size! I am super impressed. We'll see how it holds up in the Florida heat.

Lifetime Warranty Lacking
This has been a great hose for several years. I have enjoyed the ease of using it. It has been taken care of, e.g., has been in a hose container and protected from the weather.Several weeks ago a leak occurred in the fabric just below the metal connector at the spigot, but not at the connector. Given a contact number by Amazon, I contacted the company for a replacement since it came with a lifetime warranty, which I might add was a good part of the reason for purchasing. After several back and forth emails that seemed to request at least some of the purchase information again, I would be getting a replacement, but NOT the same one originally purchased, but one (after looking it up) that was HALF THE PURCHASE PRICE of my original hose. I received the Silver Bullet Pocket Hose instead of the Flexihose. I realize that my hose cost less a few years ago, and that the replacement is actually closer to my original purchase price, but it's the same product that should be the replacement, despite inflation. Maybe it will last awhile, but the point is that they are falling short of their advertised lifetime warranty if they won't replace with the same product purchased. There were other reviewers who were pleased and gave positive reviews requested replacements. Perhaps the hose is not warrantied this way anymore, but it was when I purchased it and that matters to the customer.UPDATE:NECESSITY dictates that I must update this previous review; and I have gave a star less based solely on customer service rather than on product. The replacement (pocket hose) I received is no where near the hose I originally bought; and it's an understatement that I am frustrated, and that I even troubled myself to get my Flexi Hose replaced, as well as waiting about two weeks to receive it. I just hope no one pays good money for this pocket hose. You can not even put a nozzle on it; you twist the nozzle that's attached to turn it on, and when you twist to turn off it dribbles (leaks, rather) water from the spray nozzle. Maybe it's worth $30, but I don't think so, and the quality doesn't match up to the Flexi Hose, which is a pretty good hose; this pocket hose probably won't last very long. I'd rather pay a few bucks more for a better performing hose. The main point is THIS: IT WAS MY REPLACEMENT for the Flexi Hose that I have had, that came (or so it said) with lifetime warranty. If the company decided that the hose shouldn't have a lifetime warranty, that's fine as long as those that purchased under that warranty are honored if their hose tears up; they should replace it and inform the customer that hoses acquired after such and such date will not have a lifetime warranty.BOTTOM LINE: A company should stand true to what they advertise. I am more than disappointed. I will look for another hose from a different maker and hope this cheaper hose one can make it until then.P.S. How annoying to see the Flexi Hose on HD website and still advertising the Lifetime Warranty.
