I was having such abnormal bowel movements that I was about to go to the doctor as I thought something was really wrong. I was taking my multi-strain probiotic and things were still very off and irregular. Nothing in my cabinet seemed to help. My friend suggested I try a prebiotic and I had never heard of them. She let me try this one and after three days I noticed a huge difference! I ordered a bottle of this and have been drinking a scoop in water first thing in AM and it tastes mildly sweet but not unpleasant. The only other thing I added was a scoop of Neo-cell Collagen to my coffee which I read can help the gut. I continued the probiotic as well. So far I am feeling so much happier!

A prebiotic is fibers your stomach cannot digest; the fibers go down to your colon and help you develop good bacteria down there so you can have a healthy gut.I must say, this product is EXCELLENT! I used to break out in hives whenever I ate several kinds of foods plus I thought I had some type of lactose intolerance, but now I have stopped breaking out and I drink milk!This is an incredible product; it is keeping my gut healthy! This product came on time. It has little taste, so it’s fine in hot or cold beverage. The product is expensive, but is likely of high quality.

Doesn’t dissolve in cold liquids. Sits in a lump at the bottom. Won’t order again.

I use this twice a day and it seems to have helped a lot with my digestive issues. My complaints and the reason for 4 instead of 5 is first the packaging stinks. It's really hard to get the scoop out and at the beginning I can't store the scoop in the jar. I have to use most of the jar before there is enough room to store the scoop.My second complaint is this product is very sensitive to picking up moisture and this degrades it's performance. I live an area that is prone to high humidity and I notice the product tends to clump and the performance goes down.

I take Klaire Labs Probiotic powder and wanted to go the extra with this as a pre biotic. I take probiotic a.m on empty stomach and take this p.m with food, there is no texture or taste to this. After a while I switched taking them alternating days. I have a great organic high fiber diet never had digestive issues but live in dread of leaky gut and all the issues that can ensue. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else except Klaire for Digestive care.

I heard about this product through Chris Kresser's podcast. I used it following a course of antibiotics. It has a slightly sweet taste, and can be mixed in to hot or cold drinks, or food. I used a small amount at first (1/4-1/2 scoop) and slowly worked up to a full scoop, and didn't experience any stomach upset. It is a complete prebiotic, and more balanced than what I could find at my local health food store.
