This item does not give you internet service it is a wireless network adapter, this will allow you to get wireless internet where ever a wireless signal is located.

Does it work with spider iptv ?

I am not sure. I used on the Zumm TV UV Con IPTV box and it worked. I don't see any reason it why it would not work on the spider iptv.
