Q: I often wear crochet braids…and the majority of the time…they itch…will this work..with the braids still in..

I can’t say for sure but you need to work the cap content (ie., shampoo) into your hair by massaging the top of the cap while in position on the wearer’s head. And it is my understanding that to be completely effective the shampoo needs to get to the scalp. Can that realistically happen with braids?

I thought it was a fresh scent with a slight lavender. I bought to help my mother during her recovery. It also seemed to help her scalp which was itchy before.

Q: Is this shampoo safe for color treated hair

I used these caps on my sister after surgery while she was incapacitated. She has color treated hair and it didn't seem to affect it. It was very mild, like a baby shampoo. Hope this helps.
