Good quality, nice storage case
I've used this for my sourdough bread for a few months now, and so far it seems to work great! It's easy to clean, cuts nicely, and stores easily.

Great addition to our baking supplies
A bred lame, who knew? I think it’s pronounced lahm, and although we’ve been making bread in my house for years, we never realized what a difference this could make when scoring bread.If you’re just going for function, you can get away with using a serrated knife or another very sharp instrument, as we’ve done for a while. Bu the razor and the accompanying handle let you get into more intricate designs, and with the curvature of the blade we can now get the proper lip on long breads that we couldn’t get before.Obviously you’ve got to be careful when handling the blade, but it’s very simple to position the blade onto the handle. The included instructions are illustrated and easy to follow. The blades are surprisingly made in the U.S.A., and they come individually wrapped in a box of five. It’s also good that it comes with a storage case so that you can store it safely that way.My first couple of tries at scoring the grigne (lip) on long bread are… Shall we say a work in progress? But I have no doubt I’ll get there with my new lame.

Bread scoring tool
The media could not be loaded. I bought this scoring tool to make patterns on my sourdough bread. I’m new to the world of sourdough. As you can see from the video it works perfectly. I love that it comes with a case for storage. Safety first as it’s very sharp! Also comes with multiple blades. Love it! Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Does what it is supposed to do, especially for the price. Blades could be sharper, thicker, but again for the price it is fine.

Works well for my sourdough. The blades are sharpened but dull quickly.

Very good quality easy to read directions with nice sized pictures. Probably will never need another, but if I do I'll get this one again.
