Exact replacement
Perfect replacement and fitted with ease, only feedback would be i didn't need the tool or screws that came with it so would have preffered it at a price without these items

Not as advertised
Avoid this product. The headbands do not fit Studio 3 headphones as they are to narrow so cushion doesn’t fit. The screw holes are in the wrong place this item is totally unfit for purpose. Also comes with Philips screws and screw drivers whereas beats headphones use torx screws so provided equipment doesn’t work. AVOID!
