Very disappointed
My son had this bike for 3 months and the back axle broke. My son weighs less than 80 pounds and had a Jetson for 3 years with no issues. Would not recommend this bike

Nice bike
Nice bike. Aftermarket support. Easily upgraded. *edit* started making strange noises after 2 months. If the seller makes it right somehow I’ll put the rating back to 5 stars.

Great E-Bike!!
Bike has been riding since Christmas.. we had an issue with the an error code. I contacted Macfox and they responded quickly with a replacement part along with how to videos. Other than that the bike has been great.. Customer Service has been awesome getting back to me quickly.Thank you Macfox..

Frame is weak and manufacturer will not honor warranty

Don’t buy it. Product is poor and customer service is terrible
Terrible customer service, motor stopped working and the company sent 2 motors already that don’t work at all. Error 36 continue to appear in the screen and customer service is helpless, transfer back and forth to “specialists” that ask for exactly the same information already provided, with no resolution whatsoever. When you ask about refund, they simply don’t respond. Terrible company. Don’t buy from them.

Performance do match specs
Terrible. Torque is terrible, doesn’t accelerate, lags when throttle is turned to max. can’t climb a 3 degree slope. A 500watts bike with peaks of 750watts shouldn’t struggle to move a 60lbs kid.
