It's gymnema Sylvester leaf. And only other ingredients are rice powder, vegetable magnesium stearate and capsule is gelatin. So it should be ok

Not sure. I take early in morning and normally don't eat breakfast till 11:00. But I don't know if that's me or something else. I usually have just a coffee in morning
