Q: Is this a copy of the Backpod?

China ripoff. I'd spend a few bucks more on an actual backpod with the instructions written by the actual physical therapist that invented it.

Q: How often are you supposed to use this product? The instructions only show the positions, not how many times a day to do them.

At least once a day or however many times you need to use it for your specific pain or need. I used it once a day in the evening after my work day
