Why did you pick this product vs others?:I normally don't do reviews but this chocolate was terrible. It arrived in a clumped together mess, which fine I get it, Florida heat. It's the flavor and quality that was so bad. It's like a cheap artifical flavor. Just know in advance

Wanted to make some chocolate bars with my daughters. Found it melts good at 130F in my double boiler. Flows perfectly. Made some amazing cookies and cream bars, cookie dough chocolate bars, and more. Great value as well, especially the taste.

I honestly should’ve known better than to order these. They came completely melted together and they didn’t end up using them.

Great quality chocolate however, it is not packaged properly for shipping. I have ordered this twice and twice the chocolate liquefied inside the bag during shipping and I had to use a hammer to break off pieces after I rehardened in the refrigerator. The chocolate melted in transit and hardened again without any separating. This is definitely top quality.

There was not one single wafer in the bag. It was one solid, misshapened glob. I'm keeping it because I planned to melt it anyway and it tastes ok. But seriously, wafers would have been better for measuring.

These are delicious of course and melt very well. But they are pricey.
