How long did it take before you noticed any imporvement?

I noticed immediate improvement and no accidents after only a week.

Has anyone used this along with melatonin and lignan?

I tried melatonin and it made my dog worse after just one pill. It was recommended by my vet, however I would be careful adding this to their routine and pay attention to how they react.

What are the ingredients in this product?

I am not sure of all of the ingredients are off hand. I do know they are natural and there is no arsenic in it. It truly worked for my 14 year old boxer for 1 year I lost her in October 2014 to dementia not cushing's. Go to petwellbeing.com they show all the ingredients and how to use. It is a little cheaper on Amazon. I do recommend it. Hope this helps, good luck:)
