Excellent health product. These multi vitamins give energy and are priced reasonably enough to take a few times a day thereby maintaining good nutrition over a period of time

These are great vitamins, especially for the price! They kind of smell like yogurt, which is odd but nice. I don't think I've noticed a huge effect on my sleep quality but I do feel better and feel more energetic when I take them regularly.

unless there's multiple people or you're actively taking them every single day you may hit the expiration date before you run out, which I suppose is a good thing, I've been taking half doses utilizing the handy break line on them

After a nurse friend did some research, she said this vitamin had everything I needed in one pill. So instead of taking 6-7 other pills, I now do just this one!

The tablets are a bit large to swallow easily.
