I was really hesitant to purchase because appetite suppressants never seem to work for me. This made a huge difference immediately the first day! I could not finish my meals and wasn't tempted to snack. Just yesterday I couldn't eat enough to stay satisfied for more than a couple hours.I did misread the label and took 2 in the morning with breakfast. I saw 2 was the serving size and just went with it. I later saw it was supposed to be 1 at a time twice a day.Will update as this is only the first day. But I was very shocked by how effective it is. I really wasn't expecting much, but figured since it's also a probiotic, at least I'd get that from it.

I will say I am usually a skeptic of these weight loss things but the reviews looked promising. I am now here to tell the tale of success. I am only a week in and notice a massive difference. I didn’t realize how bad my good noise was until I took these. It definitely turns off way better. I feel like my stomach and brain have a connection to making me stop eating when I am just about full. I do have to mentally make sure I am getting enough protein but it’s really not been a big enough issue. I haven’t had any negative side effects so far! 1 week in and I’m feeling the difference in so many aspects! My bloating has gone down and I already tell this is really giving me that push yo lose weight! I highly recommend!

I didn’t think this would actually work, but it does. Definitely takes away cravings, I found it to work best when taken with breakfast in the morning.I saw some reviews that said it wasn’t as strong as the mounjaro (sp?) shot, which should be obvious. That’s a regulated pharmaceutical which means it’s so strong that it can have strong side effects and requires physician supervision. Please don’t confuse an over the counter supplement with a prescription drug. This still requires some lifestyle changes for best results, but is highly effective if this is the case.I did notice that drinking alcohol nullifies the effects. The person that said no junk food, which is also very acidic would also nullify the effects.This is a great supplement to use when working with hypothyroid b/c it supports gut health, blood glucose, and energy levels. Definitely worth it for me.

Don't expect to just take these and it'll make you lose weight. Reminder that this is a supplement to your existing activities. i.e., use this in conjunction with eating healthy, and physical activities. I bought this and started working out again 10 days ago. I've been inactive for 3 years, weighing at 212 pounds. As of this review, I am down to 204. It was around day 3/4 when I started noticing my cravings stopped, especially during the evenings. I'm not constantly hungry anymore so it helped a lot with controlling my appetite and eating less than I normally would.

I was previously on a GLP1 shot but stopped due to side affects - it’s been about 6 months and I was considering going back to them but decided to try this supplement first and I’m so so glad I did!! It says works best after 3 months of continuous use, but I felt a difference after the first 2 days. By day 4 I was starting to have abdominal discomfort and day 5 pain. I had to stop taking it. Within a day I was almost back to normal and by two days I was fine. I do not think this would be the case for everyone, but I have a very sensitive digestive track. Not trying to go to personal but I want customers to understand, I wasn't able to use the restroom for 2 or 3 days which is very much not normal for me. So, to anyone who is like me with a sensitive digestive track, I wouldn't dissuade you from trying this product, just be aware ahead of time that it may be difficult for you to take it.

I’ve been taking this for about two weeks, here are the things i’ve noticed:1. My appetite is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I’m currently on a calorie deficit and i’ve noticed a huge difference in my fullness. Keep in mind i also eat about 100g of protein a day.2. At first the scale will go up… don't get discouraged be patient and it will eventually go down.3. My energy levels are consistent. Usually in deficits with working out, I feel lethargic but my energy levels have been pretty consistent during to this supplementCons:1.tbh it tastes horrible, theres this weird aftertaste that literally makes me gag so I eat something small right after cuz its nasty2. It’s a drug. At the end of the day, it is a long-term supplement that I will probably have to take for a few years or so and the cost is a bit steep especially if on budget.Overall, this is a great product and worth the investment. However, keep in mind, this is not some miracle worker, it’s a supplement and not cure all. In order to lose weight, being in a calorie deficit is crucial. You got this!!!
