It’s hard to know if these are working or not but I’ve been taking them for a few months now. I will say that they are easy to digest and don’t upset my stomach at all.

These are wonderful probiotics, and seem to clear up gut infections for me, so I take them daily now. They were recommended to me by an urgent care physician. I was so grateful for the recommendation, because these really work! I've been taking them since last summer.

Works great! Doesn’t upset my stomach.

Recently I had some personal discomfort issues regarding women's health. You can take a guess at what fun stuff it was: dryness, itching, burning, pain. Not sure if and what infection might be going on or if it's a change in hormones that have affected my dryness, but I used these probiotics just about daily for maybe a week now and it seems to help tamp down some of these symptoms, especially during the day. Since it's still too early to tell I hope to have a better report later down the road. At the time of writing this review I saw that there were a couple of promos going on, which brought the cost of this bottle down to under $18, which is a reasonable price for a month supply.

New Rhythm Probiotics has 70 billion count and for the money, blows some others out of the water cost wise. The addition of digestive supplementation of herbs is beneficial, as you need prebiotic fiber as well help the probiotics thrive and do their job. I know the strains in this are exactly what you need for gut, immunity and lady care. Most 100 billion probiotics I've bought in the past cost upward of $60, and for under $20 (especially subscribe and save), 70 is perfect to not cause any possible constipation. It's a great bang for the buck. It can be normal to have some loose movements upon starting, and that is good as you are adjusting to what you need and detoxing a bit. I love that it is non-GMO. Many have benefitted from being on a strong probiotic after a course of antibiotics to help with immunity and mood. This is turning out to be a great product and I highly recommend.

Caused terrible bloating, constipation and made me itch.

With the CFU this high this supplement will cover all of your probiotic needs. I’ve been trying to take probiotic consistently for many of its benefits. Some products make me feel bloated. Not this one. It settles well with my stomach and gives me no negative side effects. It has all the needed ingredients too. Good product.
