They come with a pen tip cover, remove that first. It’s nice that it came with that so the pens didn’t dry out. I had one of these pens and I loved it so much, I bought the entire pack of them. I always buy single pens to see if I’m going to like them before purchasing a whole line of them.This is one of those pens I had one of that I wanted more of. They glide across the paper. They take a second to dry so they don’t smudge. If you’re journaling, these are the pens to buy. You can write, draw or color with them. They have great precision. Nice and clean lines.I wrote all of the color names next to the pens so you can see what you’re getting. I used a light so it’s as clear as I could get it to show what you get. Anyway, enjoy!! These are nice pens. I love the color selection. I'm not sure I will buy again due to the fact the pen I have used leaks

I am pleased with this product...the great colors, the value for the money, and the solid, well-made feel of each pen. Only a couple of pens out of the entire package of pens do not glide smoothly and dispense the perfect amount of ink...those two pens feel like they are “dragging” while I write with them and do not write smoothly. Otherwise, I could not be more pleased with all of the pens!!! 😊 I am a letter writer and really enjoy writing with the variety of colors! I am very picky about the pens I use to write letters, and I am happy with these!

These pens have a couple of really great qualities. One being, they write smooth, they dont smear, and have a super comfortable hold. The colors are vivid, and in terms of functionality, Id have to give them a 10/10. My only issue with these is that with certain ones (specifically jade for me), it took me about 15 minutes of messing with it to actually get it to write. Otherwise, these pens are fun, functional, and a great cost for what they are

got these for my little sister when she went to college! she loved them!

I bought these for my 2 year old because she likes to use pens. She has drawn all over herself and the walls with these (toddlers are quick) and it has wiped off the walls very easily. Giving her a bath takes it off her skin with out to much scrubbing.The colors are also very vibrant and they write very nice. They are a good quality pen for the price point.

These are excellent. My kindergartener tried my gel pens and wanted some of her own. These are bold and vivid with smooth ink flow. And she loves clicking away as all pens in this set are retractable. She uses them for drawing and coloring and loves her "big kid" set of gel pens. I don't have to worry if her little sisters get a hold of them as they are washable. I like them, too. They are full-size and similar in length to my Pentel Energel pens but in way funner colors. These cost a lot less than similar sets of Paperjoy, Bic, Pilot, or Pentel gel pens.I'm loving that Crayola has branched out into office supply type offerings that not only work well but are suitable for "kids"... of all ages.Mommy and kiddos tested and recommended.

I’m giving this 3 stars because they smear. The ink takes too long to dry and will smudge, getting ink on your hand and messing up your coloring or writing. The colors are bright and the pens write very smoothly, which I like. I just wish the ink dried quicker so it didn’t get messed up.
