For the time being, I like how easy it is to use this device and would recommend it to others.I noticed my hearing was terrible compared to last year. I often asked others repeat themselves and had a hard time hearing whispers that were close by. I thought I may have been facing hearing loss from attending monthly concerts even though I wore hearing protection.During Autumn 2024, I stopped by the CVS Minute Clinic for an Ear Wax Removal appointment. After a few minutes and peering inside, the nurse informed me that I just had liquid in my ears and to use certain products like nasal spray and saline solution available for purchase. I used the recommend items for a couple months with little to no change. Then, I searched for an ear wax removal device with tweezers and found the bebird Note5. The directions are clear and easy to follow. The device itself took some getting use to. I was cautious about the direction and depth of movement. The right and left ear camera view function on the app is very helpful. I usually just use the left ear camera view while removing wax.The CVS Minute Clinic costed $300 and the bebird Note5 costed less than $80. I am disappointed in the healthcare I barely received while at CVS but I am glad to have discovered a useful device to use from now on.Pictured, is the ear wax I removed during my first time using the bebird Note5 along with a standard US Q-tip for size reference. Based on the color and texture, the wax definitely was in my ears for quite some time. Accessories in the bundle are easy to clean after usage.

It's amazing the fact that you can see down somewhere where nothing else can reach is amazing I would give it 5 stars if the quality of the video was just a little better not saying it's not but I seen better other then that it does get the job done

The camera stopped working after just three months. I've tried multiple time to contact customer support, but they are unresponsive. It does the job when it works, but horrible product and customer service when it stops in just a very short time.

This Note 5 Smart Visual Ear Cleaner is Amazing! It is lightweight, easy to use and holds a charge for a long time.Getting started is easy. I scanned the QR code from the included instruction insert/brochure and downloaded the App. I connected it to my Wi-Fi and I was ready to start (make sure the device is fully charged before starting). The instructions were easy to follow and made sense.Now, lets face it folks, this whole topic on ear wax removal seems a little gross. Because it is. But I believe this conversation is necessary. Just remember to go slow and easy. Pull out a little at a time. If you see something unusual, you can take pictures and even share it with their online Doctor.
