I will admit some of the one star reviews had me a bit skeptical of this device. But I found myself wasting a lot of time on my old touch screen phone so I wanted something cheap and simple. Having access to the internet and a computer made setup very easy. I had no trouble setting the phone up on the track phone website. Additionally I want to be very clear your phone should come with the SIM card pre installed already. You do NOT need to purchase a SIM card it comes with one pre-installed(the amazon listing doesn't do a good job at clarifying this at all). It does have a space for a micro SD card if you want to put one in. That said don't be foolish like me and waste extra money on a SIM card you don't need.Overall the phone is okay quality for the price the screen is bright, the phone is fairly large and has big buttons so it would be good for seniors/kids, speaker volume isn't amazing so if you are hard of hearing or make calls in loud environments that may be something to consider. Overall very solid cheap phone. I will certainly buy another if this one breaks. Also 15$/month unlimited talk/text is very competitive in todays market.

1 star because its unusable. After activating it, buying a plan, and seeing it added to my account (im a new tracfone customer), the sim card isn't working for whatever reason, so I can't make any calls or texts. Tracfone support is useless. Now I need to return the phone and I got scammed out of $11 something by tracfone that I'll have to dispute with my cc company. I followed the included "start here" directions. Seems sim card or phone are a dud

This is the phone that I keep with the emergency first aid/AED kit that I use for my firearms classes. Very simple for anyone to pick up and use. Small size. No connectivity issues. Good price. Holds a charge.

I've bought for a backup phone for my parents, since their device sim card reader finally give up. "So far" the phone is working great even better.

The phone is great. The packaging is great. It’s very sturdy the direction stink, and I didn’t know until after I open the box that I needed to have a Sim card that could be used in order to gain use of the phone. I don’t know if others realize that, but I’ve never bought a burner before so I don’t know how many stars I should give.

Bigger screen but no speaker function.

right off the box comes with everything BUT will not connect to the wifi . you will need your buy a plan / esim to be able to receive and make phone calls. i had to return it . went to target and bought the same phone with a plan for $59.00 and worked right off the box. had to return this .

Purchased in the past. Had to replace one because we don't know where our granddaughter put the remote. lolvalue good, functions same as other remotes in the home. Interchangeable with Roku tvs in home. Black is difficult to find in a room, so we purchased colored covers for each room.
