This set of resistance bands has a good range of levels, they are suitable for beginners and people who are used to using them.They are very durable and the handles and door anchor makes them very versatile. There are a wide range of exercises that you can do with them. They are very useful. The bands come in different colours,so it is easy to look and identify the correct band.They come with a storage bag andare very compact and easy to store.They are very good quality and excellent value for money.

The way I wanted it to be with real material and Original Latex unfortunately it is not like that but it is good not bad. The price does not match the quality. Like Aliexpress but there it is 5-10 pounds here expensive. It's not real rubber like latex or polyester. The quality is poor and it's not fun to play sports.

I don’t really have room for gym equipment in my house so I was keen to see if this could be a useful alternative. I would say so far it is really really good. I have shoulder problems on my right since I fell - on three separate occasions - off my mountain bike. I need to build up muscle that I have lost and also not push it to quickly too. I have an are I have a torn AC ligament and my collarbone is in pieces!! I have been looking at various bands in decathlon but they are sold separately and all add up very quickly. In this kit, you get all the different resistance weights included. So far, I have not got onto the very thick bands yet - as I feel they will be more useful in time. Having said that, I will be using the very thick one for assisted chin-ups - when I can find a suitable doorway to put my chin up bar on. It comes with two bits of material with Velcro on it. I’m not entirely sure what these are for yet. I assume they are to grip with but there aren’t any instructions, so I was a little in the dark there. The kit does come with a fold out poster - with many different exercises that you can complete, however it might be nice to have had a video or certainly instructions as to how to use it - maybe I’m just being a bit thick.The bands themselves smell quite nice. They don’t have a horrible rubbery smell and they feel nice on your hands. They are initially quite sticky, but that soon wears off as you begin to handle them. The doorframe anchors are great - at least I that’s what I’m using them for!!This is a really useful kit at a great price:)

You get a useful selection of bands in this kit along with handles, a door anchor and 2 protective covers. They seem fairly standard as bands go. They don't smell bad and seem to work as expected. The accessory stuff is a useful addition and you also get a sheet of exercise suggestions.There a small bag to store it in, but I found it a bit too small to comfortably hold everything. Perhaps if you rolled the bands back up neatly and tightly they would fit, but life's too short.Everything seems good quality and its a nice selection for the price.

This set has what has become a pretty standard set of bands and accessories, all good quality, but also including a protective cover for exercising with a bar, to make it more comfortable. That isn’t always included and makes this set stand out. Bands will cover a weight range up to 170 lbs, and let’s face it your more likely to use weights or kettle bells at that weight, but overall this set supports a full body workout and comes with a bag, as you’re going to want to take these to the gym with you (and probably lose one or two bands so you’ll have to buy another full set I a few months!!)
