Good value, wondering how long they'll last though.
So far they work well. Adjustable resistance is OK and the springs seems solid. It's just the plastic parts which will be the first to snap or crack.Will update when they break!

This product was very good however after a while when you squeezed it, it would make a clicking sound and was quite loud for workspaces with other people

Great just what I needed
I brought these to try and build back up my forearms, they used to be massive, but I suffer with cerebral palsy, but then I fell, and I broke both of my scapula, bones in my wrists, its still quite sore, but the great, thing about these is, you can turn the dial, on the grips, and you set the pressure, from 5 kgs all the way up too 60kg, they are very good, sturdy, and i use them when I'm just watching TV
