I have Sjogren's Sicca Complex. I can tell you that after 25 years with this progressive disorder that this product is amazing! I found it by accident on the internet. Dry mouth hurts my throat, my gums, my digestion. To not make several quarts of saliva every day really can hurt your body. This lozenger REALLY does work. I look at it as an investment in my teeth, my throat, my digestion. My overall ability to swallow is better. I can also better endure winter. The dry cold air normally hurts on a dry mouth, but the lozenger made the cold air as well as the furnace and car heater easier to endure. PLEASE try this lozenger. It tastes really mild and good. It does NOT make my teeth sticky. I wish I would have ordered the gum also. I was sent a small sample and it works much better than any other xylitol product I have used over the last 25 years

We have tried multiple lozenges for my mom’s dry mouth. This is the only one that consistently works. I am very grateful we found one that works for her!

Taste minty and lubricate well. Doesn’t last long if you are one who drinks a lot of water.

I have recently been diagnosed with Sjogren's. After a few years of suffering from a severely dry mouth, I have tried a variety of treatments aimed at increasing saliva flow in my mouth. When I do not treat my symptoms, my tongue often sticks to the roof of my mouth and becomes raw when I try to peel it off the roof area. My throat becomes quite dry with simple activities like talking for extended periods. Sleep is difficult because I awaken dry and with tongue issues described above.My oral surgeon recently suggested I look into the MighTeaFlow lozenge product. These lozenges are the best oral treatment I have found for my condition! They are plain-looking cream-colored pills with a slight orange-like non-acetic taste. When I suck on a lozenge, I feel saliva beginning to flow almost immediately, not an embarrassing overflow as with some other products, but rather a mild increase in saliva. The noticeable effects last up to 4 hours (for me) after slowly consuming the lozenges. I am quite happy that I have found something that helps with this immensely irritating condition, and I would suggest that anyone who suffers with dry mouth should give the MighTeaFlow products a try.

This product did not work for me. On the positive side, the flavor is very good. Will continue searching for a product to help relieve chronic dry mouth.

The product is okay. It helps my dry mouth, but the taste is a bit mediciny-if there's such a word.It took almost a month to get to me, and the company did not inform me that they were out of the product. However, I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Solved my night time dry mouth problem. My Dentist recommended these to me and I have been using them for years! Every night I put one in the back of my mouth between my cheek and gum and it lasts all night. I no longer wake with severe cotton mouth. LOVE this product!!!!!

I've tried several products and this has been the best one yet. My dentist recommended it. I had trouble sleeping because of dry mouth- I would wake up every couple of hours with my mouth 'glued' together so I would drink water and sleep for another couple of hours... all night long. That has all changed since I've been using Mightea Flow. I put one beneath my tongue and don't wake up for several hours. What a difference it has made in my energy level! I don't use them frequently during the day but when I do, they really do work. I feel they're a bit pricey but I'll continue to buy them as long as they are available.
