The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use and nice product. Quiet heavy built and feels can be used forever. Batter was good and nicely grinded. Low noise motor during grinding, less heat generation, great for family of 5-6 members.

Writing this review after using for 4 months.Noise levels are very less when compared to mixer grinder.Heat generation is also low when compared with normal grinders after multiple uses.Can grind easily 2+ kgs of batter at once without much heat and effort.Functionality is very good.Due to conical shape of grind stones it’s easy to take batter out and no batter leakage happens.Can use this for a family size of 4-6 people

Though no Amazon package seen. Barely an outer box and very thin thermocool above n below in the box not even cover on grinder.Happy to see Product is looking neat with no damages all credit to the shipping team. and i start run it with 1 cup of water in it and it worked fine and the stone and tub had the stone powder the water turned dark and dirty soon. Noise is bearable at present and looks neatOne grinder and one manual are the only things I received no Spatula no measuring cup nothing at all... The seller is very greedy and commercial he wants us to buy even spatula at additional costs... After investing this much amounts...not acceptable...Any ways I have my panasonic mixer spatula for managing the purpose...If we need any attachment like coconut scraper or atta kneader I checked they're at ₹5200 cost is very expensive... For that plastic attachments...So it is feeling over priced for just grinder and manualAt the moment I didn't see any smell n heating ( just run it for 3 mins)Durability will be seen once i start using the grinder for few monthsBy that time the replacement windows will closeI wish this works fine for many years n longer n longer ...Cost is highQuality is goodPacking is very delicate n carelessI am lucky my shipping was good

I am editing my review after just 2 months, because yesterday the grinder belt mechanism inside broke.I didn't add much water to urad dal, that is all. The premium priced grinder is so flimsy it just broke inside and there is no cut off mechanism. Like most people don't have time to call service and claim warrantee etc. will go to local repair shop and get the job done.In comparison BUTTERFULY 3 CONICAL STONE GRINDER I USED FOR 18 YEARS WITHOUT ANY SINGLE INCIDENT AND NEED TO REPAIR ANYTHING AT ALL.So buyer be beware, costly things are not necessarily of better quality. So "Caveat emptor" (let the buyer be beware).Elgi is the oldest brand and they charge premium price.I didn't get the spatula.What is observed is that unless you keep on pushing the rice or dal down with a spatula, you will get full rice - dal pieces in the dough.In other words you have to constantly monitor the grinder, push the dough from the sides of the steel drum and add water little by little to get well ground dough.The lid has to be handled very carefully, since it appears to be made of very light plastic.It is simply not fair that Elgi is not giving coconut grater and aatta kneader free with the grinder, although they charge a premium price. Butterfly which is charging half the price comes with all these attachments.The product is not worth the premium price they are charging.

The Dosa batter turned out very good.. not much noise .. I had brought this product from Bangalore store for my Bangalore home.. this is my second purchase in my hometown..

It makes the paste very fast.Less heat and noise.Bad thing is because the 2 lts drum is small I am unable to put my hand inside for taking paste.
