I absolutely loved this postpartum kit. I just recently gave birth to my son and bought this kit to help ease my pain and it definitely did that! The cold pads are the perfect size covering the whole area. The herbal spray felt amazing as it really cools and soothes your lady parts and is a great essential to have. The peri spray bottle is also helpful due to the multi-use friendly sprayer. I would definitely recommend this kit for any mamas looking to feel better postpartum!!

This kit really helped with my postpartum recovery. I wish it included more cooling pads, but I bought extra cooling pads and underwear from them, which were a lifesaver.

I bought this awesome recovery kit for my sister! She’s using it since day one postpartum and she’s loving it so far! The cooling pads are very helpful to relieve the sore perineal area as well as the pump. It includes all must-have items for mom to recover fast and confortable after postpartum.

For the price that it is, it is a great kit for postpartum. The only complaint I have is for the undies, I wish it had more stretch to it as some have thicker thighs.
