Each come with their own pros and cons.Here I will talk about Complan or say complete planned food as promoted by the company. There’s not much to talk about the nutritional value as every such drink boasts about some or the other, but the real benefit comes from real food, fresh fruits, vegetables etc.•••••••PROS•••••••1. Unique chocolate flavour as opposed to the traditional chocolate flavour.2. The powder is not sticky and dissolves easily, even in cold milk.3. It's grainy as opposed to powdery and at times you would love to eat it as it is.4. ComplanJust combine Bananas, cream and Complan. Mash it well.Then add milk and mix it well. Or you may use a mixer if you want a smooth shake.▶ It can be easily be accompanied by triangle parathas.▶ Make sure to keep milk (with cream layer on top) in the fridge for a few hours for the cream layer to become thick and creamier.•••••••••••••••••••FINAL VERDICT•••••••••••••••••••▶ It’s all about acquiring the taste of this drink. Once you try Complan and if it suits your taste buds, there’s no turning back.It’s been there on my shelves for more than a decade and none was able to replace it completely. Yes, you will also find Horlicks and Bournvita, but they are just there as alternatives. Other variants to try, plain, Kesar badam etc.So, if you don’t mind the cost and want a powder which dissolves easily and has unique chocolate flavour give it a shot. You will simply love it.▶ If on more of the chocolaty side, Bournvita by Cadbury is another choice which is comparatively cheaper. Be it cold or warm milk, it suits both and tastes equally good. Other variants 5star, women, gold, lil champs etc.▶ Then comes Horlicks which also has a chocolate version and it tastes good and comes in the same price range of Bournvita. The only problem is that it doesn’t love cold milk at all. Even with warm milk, it sticks everywhere and lumps are formed which won’t dissolve easily if not prevented initially. Other flavours chocolate, women’s, protein etc.••••••••••••••••••PLEASE NOTE••••••••••••••••••Don’t ever consider these drinks as a replacement for real fruits and vegetables going by brands ads and product covers. Fulfil your nutritional requirements by consuming the fresh and natural source of those. They can never ever replace the goodness of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The drink is good enough not interms of its different content rather interms of what it does not have. What I found that it has less sugar content compare to other drinks. Star rating is not about drink, it is about Amazon's packaging. The worst one. It depends on your luck whether you get an intact pack or not. In my case only the last polythene pack remains. The entire body was smashed. Shame for you dear Amazon.
