Very poor tire and rims
Came with a completely distorted rim, sent new one. Tire is flat after one use.

Kickstand
My back came pretty much already assembled. Just the front tire, handle bar, seat, fenders, basket, reflectors, pedals, bell, and gear changer had to be put on. However, if not for the front brakes, I would have finished in about 30 minutes. I had a really hard time getting the front break pads to line up and function properly. Lots of screwing, turning, adjusting, taking apart and putting back together. I won't necessarily blame the bike or the company. It could have been just me. Just beware that the brakes could be a challenge.Has anyone else had difficulty kicking back the kickstand? Maybe it's just me, but I can't push in the metal thingy and kick back the kickstand at the same time. Is there a special trick or technique? The only thing I can come up with is to not engage the kickstand fully so that the little metal extension does not lock in place.

Beautiful but missing pieces means cannot put together and no help from seller
Attract bike but mine had been returned. A plastic bag containing wrenches and screws was opened and missing components. As a result for several weeks the nice looking bike has sat in my living room. No help from Seller. DO NOT BUY - edited just now - finally got bike together. Bike pump and gas station did not work to fill tires, so had to go to bike shop. Finally got going - do NOT use the bike lock. Tested it at home a number of times, locked it earlier and it does not unlock. Have paid as much money almost as the bike itself. BUY A MORE EXPENSIVE BETTER BIKE ELSEWHERE.

Better off going to an actual bike shop.
This item was delivered on time but there was limited protection to ensure the bike was unharmed. While assembling the bike I kept running into problems with alignment, quality, and safety. This bike looks great but you’re better off spending the few extra dollars at an actual shop where they can guarantee the quality and something that won’t break. The last thing I’d want is someone you love getting in an accident because of a low quality product
