Effective
I'm new to foam rolling, and this is exactly what I needed! The one my physio recommended was too hard, but this one is perfect. I can adjust the firmness with the pump, which makes it much easier to use. After just a week, my shin splint pain has gone down a lot. It’s comfortable, effective, and easy to adapt to my needs

Finally the option to relieve tightness without added pain
I’ve used a lot of foam rollers over the years and many haven’t been foam, they’ve been plastic covered by a rubber type material. Very hard and not always ideal depending upon the area you’re working on. Even the actual foam versions are very hard. This one is great as the air/pump design allows you to adjust to taste. No more tears when rolling your ITB (ilio tibial band, not sure of spelling but I do know if they are tight it can be excruciating to release them by rolling). The roller is also good for my lower back as provides the lift I need but without the hardness pressing into my spine. The main downside I see and it’s more a laziness thing, I’d prefer more firm for my back and less firm for my legs, so I really need to adjust the air each time I use it - not going to happen, so the legs or back will have to get used to it.

Awesome roller
I bought the roller as an exercise item for my dog, if the word dog was written on it, it would be three times the price. The roller is for my dogs balance on his front and hind legs to improve his core muscles, it arrived today and it was great, grippy with edges on the surface so no slipping off the roller. If you’re into canine conditioning or have exercises that include a roller for your dog by a physio then this roller is perfect for a small- medium size dog without the high expense.

Good quality, robust and versatile roller massager
[I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review, as part of the Amazon Vine programme. That being said, this review is NOT swayed by that, and (as always) contains only my real thoughts on the product; good and bad.]I requested the ‘Adjustable Air-Filled Foam Roller Massager for Muscle Pain Relief - Softer Roller for Muscle Aches’ to relieve aches, pains and restless legs. The roller is surprisingly heavy (1.07kg) and can be adjusted to different levels of firmness using the pump and nozzle included. This has advantages over solid massage rollers as it can be made comfortable to suit individual preferences. The outside is a thick plastic/ rubber which will hold and balance body weight. The colour (orange) and the textures are like the seller’s images. The massager is good quality and fit for purpose. I get relief from restless legs using these types of rollers and this one will be ideal for the day after physio when my legs are usually sore. The price, of £18.95 at the time of this review, is fair for this good quality, robust and versatile roller massager. 5 stars.

Pretty good, apart from the pump
I’ve not been too bad lately, but there are times when I get lower back pain or other muscle aches from exercise and previously ordered another foam roller that was recommended, however it proved far too hard and frankly painful. This one has the advantage that you can set your own firmness using the air pump, and the actual studs are also more sensibly cushioned. So far, all good. There are a couple of things I would change, though. Personally, I think it is too tall for certain exercises like placing it under the lower back and would have preferred a slimmer design.I have to add that when pumping air, almost as much comes, as goes in, so I had to pump furiously to reach the right pressure. Some may not manage that and it felt badly. The general idea is proven, so this is more a case of judging the product on its own merits. Overall, I would say pretty good, however it could be better. This is far more comfortable than the alternative I tried. On the other hand, it’s a little on the tall side and the pump is actually a bit silly.

Feels good on the neck, though one large drawback.
This is a plastic-y stiff, cylindrical, inflatable body roller. It comes with its own cute little inflator (that is a bit awkward to work with).Let's get to the bad news: it stinks. Smells like mould and mildew, which is sadly a common occurrence with a lot of items. Thankfully, due to it being plastic-y, it's less painful to disinfect than fabric-based items. Rather not have that smell rolling around on me.On that note, I'm not sure if it's my body reacting to being massaged in new exciting ways, or if I had a mild reaction to the roller due to the possible mildew. I was so, SO ITCHY after using it. But... I often get very itchy with massage tools. (Blood's sloshing around or something, I don't know.)Onto the good news: it feels really good when using. I can see some not liking it because of its hardness, but no joke, it really helped with my nagging neck pain. Helped stretch my skull from my neck just great. Had some trouble on my spine, though, but I have a somewhat sensitive spine.

cannot fault it.
As someone who lives with muscle pain its really nice to be able to stretch out individual muscle groups using this roller, I particularly like having the ability to firm up the roller for deeper tissue massage and to reduce the firmness if I find it uncomfortable. For a little under £15 its just brilliant and really helps to loosen muscles.
