I bought this and a 'Powerball' at the same time for purpose of comparison. The gyroball is a quarter of the price, but not even a quarter of the quality.Winding it as instructed to start it, it is really easy to overwind, and mine now has a little piece rattling around inside it. Before it broke (within 10 minutes of getting it out of the box), there was very little resistance when you circled the wrist, no sense of a workout at all. Don't buy this. Buy a Powerball, which works your wrist and forearm muscles hard. (No affiliation!!)

It works well and is good value being cheaper than other models, but the rubber band you need to use to grip moves around and needs repositioned as you use it. The instructions are also written in very poorly translated English. But it's okay.

The media could not be loaded. Got to say this device was brilliant...had it 10 days and was very happy with it. Until yesterday when I was winding it and the spring mechanism broke inside as you can see from the picture.

Great little gadget works your wrists and arms very well makes my shrimp arms feel good used 3 days so far feeling improved strength in wrists very good product very durable and does a good job I'm very impressed and pleased with this would recommend to anyone starting to do arm work 😀

This is a great workout. So, I bought another one, so I can practice spinning both at the same time. Man, what a great workout in a couple of minutes. Highly recommend. Yes, you can spin up 2, it is not that hard. If I can, anyone can.
