These are great. A bit thinner than some but made them so easy to sew on. I can’t comment on the adhesive as I never count on it. Seeing is your best option.

Great letters!
These letters are amazing!! Perfect size and adhered nicely. Even washed my sweatshirt and all is good. Did not put in dryer though. Would recommend!

Do not wash the item you’re ironing them onto. They came off after one wash :(
