Unintended Benefit
People are selling this as fat loss, but I found an unintentional benefit, for me it was cognitive boost. I have a TBI from the army and I have memory issues, have trouble focusing as well as mood swings. I guess I was missing this amino acid and didn't know it. No weird effects I actually feel better and highly recommend this.
