Q: Can this be used with a already installed water softener and if so is it better to be installed before or after the water softener?

I have a salt water softener on my house hot water supply , and a water conditioner on the hot water heater exit into my house which works well. I have purchased the "Capactive Water Descaler" to put on to the main water in supply into the house, but have not installed it yet, because of the weather.

Q: The pulse waves seem to be moving apart as they form. Is it working? I do not see any results yet :(

Thank you for your question. We've made some modifications to the waveform of CWD48. The gaps of the waveform now are bigger compared to the previous one which is thinner and closer to each other. But to further assess your unit, please send us a photo of your display screen showing the waveform. I'm sorry as well that you haven't seen the results yet. The results of using our device depend on many factors like the condition of your plumbing, how thick and hard the existing limescale deposits you have, the pH level of your water, its components and temperature... etc. And these factors vary per customer that's why some may see the results right away, while others may need a few more months to notice the best results. You just need to give the product enough time to work for you.

Q: Can you insulate the water pipes over the bands ?

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can still insulate your pipe over the coils/flat bands of the YARNA CWD48 Electronic Water Descaler. We only care that the copper bands are wrapped as tightly to the pipe as possible. That ensures that all the energy generated by the Yarna reaches the water and does what it is supposed to do. You can use any type of insulation over the coils, even the type that has aluminum foil on top. Should you have additional questions, please feel free to message us again.
