I'm Not Sleepy: Helping Toddlers To Sleep (Campbell Big Steps, 1) Board book – 22 Mar. 2018

The media could not be loaded. We got this for our son when he was about 12 months old and he still loves it at 15 months old. He loves the illustrations and the repeated sentences, allowing him to get a sense of anticipation. The interactive elements are also a nice touch, as it is more than just lift, as there are pull and push parts. It is also a great educational book, as he will point out objects in the pictures with great relish. I would highly recommend this book, as it will last them a while, as little ones will continue to find it entertaining.

Bought this book to encourage my 2.5yr old toddler to follow his night routine even though he says he doesn't want to go to sleep (like the boy in the story). I was pleasantly surprised to find that the book didn't have just flaps that open, but children could also brush the hero's teeth (my boy loves this!) or turn a wheel to change the pictures in the story that mother reads to Ned. Furthermore, the illustrations are beautiful giving you lots of things to explore and discuss with your child in each page. There are also some tips for parents at the bottom of each page which are very helpful. I will buy the rest of the books from the same series in the hope that they're as good as this one!

Great little book that helps our toddler relax for bedtime. as with all of this series, it is well illustrated and written.There are lift up flaps that help tell the story and help the child interact with the book.We even tell our toddler she needs to be quiet because Ned is sleeping after we have finished!

My little one loves this book

I got this for my son as he sometimes can have a hard time settling down for bed,this book is great he loves to read it and look at all the different flip ups,etc,he asks me to read it first then he will look at it himself, really helps relax him. The illustrations are great,really colourful and engaging, definitely recommend.

Great for my nephew!

Very colourful and informative book for little ones. There are only 5 pages, but they are pretty much interactive and show you kind of standard bedtime routine, which is crucial for babies. Highly recommend.

It’s a nice book with things to keep little ones fascinated but doesn’t exactly tell a message about the need to sleep it just shows a boys routine of not wanting to sleep and then happens to fall asleep…
