I make this into a tea as recommended by a clinical nutritionist to help with fatigue connected to EBV. It doesn’t taste bad, but it is definitely different. After about four days, I noticed a difference in fatigue and brain fog. Pretty cool and I will keep it in my regimen as directed by practitioner. Seems to be great quality and a good price.

Great value! I put a (small) pinch in hot coffee, let it sit for about 5 minutes, and add cream. Tastes great, potent! Certainly tastes like “fake sugar,” but I love knowing it’s relatively unprocessed. There were several small stems in the package, but they didn’t bother me for my use.

It's very sweet. Taste great and is good for the lungs. I thought I ordered bags but got the straight up plant parts instead. Luckily I have a tea maker so it wasn't a big deal. Check to make sure you have bags marked if that's what you want though.

Absolutely a miracle! Had gastro issues fir about 3 months, pain, acid like reflex, pain in the left arm, etc. Miserable. Within two days of starting to drink tea from this herb- the issues started rapidly disappearing. Not sure of the origin of my gastro problems ( relatively healthy eater), but after about 2 weeks of this tea ( 2 to 4 cups and day, with honey)- there are 0 pain, reflex.

I bought this cause I was told it would help with gut issues I can't even drink it this stuff taste absolutely horrendous and I can't cover up the taste to stomach it
