I got these for postpartum. They're 1 of 5 brands I tried and these were by far my favorite.They're relatively subtle under clothes and they aren't super bulky. They have double elastic around the legs to prevent leaking and I felt pretty secure in them. And they were just overall pretty comfortable.I also really like that they aren't scented. I tried the normal Always Discreet and hated the scent, but these are great and unscented.They definitely aren't the cheapest option, but of all the diapers I tried, these are the only ones I will order again. They're also the only ones that I wasn't eagerly looking forward to finishing the pack.

These are my go to for postpartum bleeding and extra protection for incontinence due to delivering baby. Way more comfortable in my option. I got the S/M and I’m normally 123 lbs, 5’5”. Immediate postpartum I was 150 lbs and wish I had gotten a size bigger, would’ve been just less restrictive around the legs. I have thick thighs and butt. I like that there is a no fragrance option as I absolutely hate the scented ones.

They feel very comfortable, but had to put under over them because the bottom got a little bulgy

These incontinence underwear do a good job. My Loved One has sensitive skin now, and the underwear do keep her feeling drier, with much less chafing during the day. As she is a heavy wetter, I also like that when we are away from home for extended periods of time, I can use the underwear along with the Always brand bladder leak pads, which allow for added the extra protection, and can be changed several times before the underwear need to be replaced, which obviously makes visits to the restroom much quicker, since we don't need to take of shoes and pants to give her fresh and dry protection.

Always Discreet is better than advertised and a great value for a fair price. The size adaptability is a surprise and fits perfectly. I am impressed by the quality and performance of these “panties”. They cannot be seen under my fitted slacks, shorts or jeans and they do not leak! The first time I wore them it was to put them to the test - at night - my worst time! Passed with flying colors - no more sticking pads to my undies - day and night.

Purchased these for use after myomectomy surgery. They didn’t irritate my incision and I didn’t experience any leaks. I would recommend sizing up. I purchased the s/m as a size 10. They worked, but felt very tight around my legs.
