I bought this for my great-grandson because his Grampa operates one.

This is a neat little 1/24 scale forklift and a no regret addition to my rc construction collection. My critique is mostly based on what you get for the moderate cost.Mine functioned all 11 channels perfectly out of the box and it has many neat functions: mainly a realistic pulley mechanism to raise and lower the forks, realistic sounds(even a starter button that brings it to life), and an over the top water vapor exhaust.It is zippy and fun on a flat surface(like a desk), and moves a pallet or hook full of very lightweight objects(think styrofoam blocks) like a real forklift. With the sounds and exhaust, it’s good little rc experience.It does miss two key features that would really make this an exceptional 1/24 scale forklift:• no directional steering or throttle• weak motor for fork liftI would not expect these higher end parts in an rc this scale and price and I will personally modify it with my skillset using the excellent body and lift mechanism.The pallet slips off easily especially because with just off/on throttle it’s jerky and unstable.* I hot glued magnets to both the pallet and base of the forks and it greatly improved performanceAll in all, just get this lift if it catches your eye or the price is easy. It is fun and looks good on a shelf.Usually when I get a new rc from a company I have never purchased from, I try to contact their customer support just to see if they have one. If they do, and you get help right way via a phone #, you’ll like it if you have questions or warranties to honor(I had too much grief over broken rcs trying to deal with poor customer service, or none at all). I only gives 5 stars if there is good customer service. Not only has my rc forklift worked flawlessly, the company contacted me personally letting know they were available 24 hours a day if I had any questions or issues with their product. Can I give 6 stars? :)

This rc forklift has a great amount of details for the price. Let’s talk about the forks first:They can be swapped for a hook for a different lifting mode, the height on the lift is substantial, realistic sounds and the weight capacity is a lot more then you would think.The sounds are realistic and can be turned off via the remote (a huge plus for parents).It has a demo mode where it showcases the different functions of the lift.You can add water for smoke cloud to follow the forklift, it gets activated as you move the lift which is a really cool idea. Definitely a wow moment for the kids.The remote is easy enough for a 3 yr old to operate but advanced enough to allow for detailed movements.It comes with a pallet with two crates and a set of three logs to be lifted via the crane/hook attachment.The only con I see is the lack of instructions, you must push the Key Icon to start the toy which without looking at the remote enough at first caused us to wonder if the toy wasn’t working correctly. After you’ve figured out the key is the starter, the button and adds another touch of realism, which ends up being a pro in our book.Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a realistic RC Forklift.

Surprisingly well built- the plastic is heavier duty than I expected. Came with two AA batteries that go into the forklift and have the charging cord wired to it. Does not come with the 2 AA batteries needed for the controller, but that was no big deal. The sound effects can be turned on/off which, as anyone with children knows, is a huge plus. Came with a pallet, a Lego mini-fig construction worker, three plastic logs, a crane hook attachment and a wire tie so you can pick up the logs with the crane. Can't speak to the longevity of it yet because it was just opened and assembled this morning, but I'm impressed so far. Worth the $$ in my opinion. My 4 1/2 year old son hasn't spoken to me in about an hour, so he gives it two thumbs up as well!
