My husband has an LVAD and we have a lot of equipment to take anywhere we go. We have used this twice. The first time it worked like a charm. The second time the wheels broke off the bottom in the airport so we had to drag it around.

I use the larger area moreso than the side pockets, as I keep items not often used on the sides. However, one day while unzipping, the zipper just completely broke off, so now I have this flap on the side that’s useless!

Not sturdyI do mobile IV therapy and one of the legs snapped second time using it. Very disappointing.
