With first use, these flex bars seem to fit the bill as to what my Physical Therapist recommended I purchase to continue exercises at home. Buying the set gives me flexibility to increase or decrease the force needed to complete exercises depending on what my body can tolerate that day.

I was receiving therapy for a fractured wrist and the Therapist had Flex Bars that I used for strengthening. I purchased these to do the same exercises at home.

There's nothing to dislike about these exercise bars. No matter what stage of strength you are in these bars will help build your arm, wrist and hand grip dexterity. Plus they allow you to work up thru 4 levels from relatively easy to hard. If you needing to tone up these bars are great for getting the job done.

Following total joint replacement of my shoulder the muscles and tendons quickly became stiff, sore and shorter. Twisting and folding this device starting with yellow, then red, green and blue is the answer. The yellow is 5 pounds of resistance. Red 10. Green 15 and Blue 25.I also used these in the past to successfully treat tennis elbow.This set of four cost about the same as buying two individually. So the set is an exceptional value.

This product is fine for its purpose, but not as sturdy as I would have thought (although, for the price...), in that it doesn't return to its original straight line after being bent during exercise.
