Works great...keeps the hose out of the way and makes my cpap less cumbersome

Bubble package contained a thin cardboard box that was crushed. Inside the crushed box was the holder, loose without any wrapping of any sort. It seems to be intact. It also contained a sealed packet with all the necessary hardware and a plastic piece that is intended to attach to the lower part of the device. Unfortunately the adhesive cover for this plastic piece was missing and the adhesive was firmly attached to the assembly instructions which had to be torn in order to be removed. Attaching the devise to the wall or headboard is pretty self explanatory so we can do without the instructions but we will need to remove the paper and adhesive from the plastic piece and purchase new, double sided adhesive in order to attach it to the base. Other than that It seems to be well made and sturdy. I suspect we received one that had been returned. I would like to give it 5 stars but I don't feel I got my money's worth for the shipping charge that was required. It was shipped by amazon so it probably wasn't the seller's fault but I need to state my dissatisfaction in some way.

not the most solid thing but it basically works.

I love this. In fact, one of the best things I ever did (since being prescribed a cpap machine) was to buy this, which allows my Cpap tubing to be “suspended” above my bed. Since getting the tubing off the bed, I no longer get it wrapped around me when I turn over. When I do turn over, the arm swivels and follows me, bringing the tubing along with it.

I bought two of these a while back. One for the house and one for my RV. They have performed flawlessly. I don't get tangled up in the hose at night because they keep it suspended above me. I sleep very well with no interuptions!

Improved my cpap usage by helping to keep the hose in the proper place! Small, compact and wall mounted. Great little gadget.
