Wonderful
It turned out so cute!! I don't have any photos at the moment, but I had an absolute blast building this. The instructions were well designed and easy to follow. The pieces were all labeled clearly. The wood is quite sturdy. I was concerned at first thinking they would chip or break (some are so delicate looking) when popping them out of the boards, but I didn't break anything. The pieces popped together well. It was fun to build all the furniture pieces and even make tiny books. The pieces are ornate and very detailed. I never thought the whole thing would snap together in the final phases, but again I was pleasantly surprised. All the parts lined up just fine and it snapped together easily. The lights work great. It took a minute to figure out what they wanted when stringing and testing the lights, but they look great. It came with good glue, a tiny screwdriver for the light box, and a pop out wrench for poking out the parts and pressing the pieces together. I thought it was a bit on the spendy side until I put it together. I feel like the quality is well worth the price. I purchased a cheap one and never even bothered to put it together because it was going to be a lot of time for a cruddy looking box. This one came with actual stickers- no cutting and gluing the "stickers" on with Elmer's glue. Absolutely fabulous. I recommend this to anyone looking for a fun hobby.

Delightful to build!
The media could not be loaded. This kit was surprisingly easy to build! The directions were a bit of a challenge (especially when I’m used to CuteBee and MiniCity’s directions). If you can read a map and can follow keys, you’ll be okay. There were a few times that the directions weren’t clear- for example, in Step23, you have to assemble shelves but the holes are not centered (they’re more on one side) and it doesn’t say which direction the items install. After punching out the items, I decided that the items face more towards the front of the shelves. In retrospect, I don’t imagine it makes much of a difference but the items are more visible closer to the front. I am amazed at the quality of the precision laser cutting! I took a photo of the wands and laid a toothpick next to them for comparison and not one of them broke! Actually, NOTHING broke in this kit. Kuddos to Luuwik for that! I always saved leftover pieces from other kits and used many of them here. I like that it requires 2 AA batteries- they last a whole lot longer than the triple As. Also, it doesn’t come with a dust cover (& never said that one is included) but I have PVC sheeting and will make my own. I absolutely love the magic secret room. It comes with a small block of paraffin wax to wax the wheels of the magic room (very clever idea!) I waxed it three times, rubbed the wax in real good and it turns effortlessly! NOTE: the directions have you installing the bottom round piece AFTER you have it in place! Good grief! What a flaw in the directions! Go ahead and install the top and bottom circles to the secret door and just prop it up against the side walls until you snap the top piece on. Easy, peasy! I also read one review talking about what a pain the wires were. I glued the wires flat against one side and the side snapped in place flawlessly. (See photo). I also glued a little piece of plastic in the cauldron before I glued the crystals on. I thought it would make it look more full and was afraid you wouldn’t even see the crystals if I didn’t elevate them. I initially had a problem getting the light switch to work and after writing a review, the light switch worked perfectly! I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 because I could work out any misunderstandings with the directions. Overall, this kit was a pleasure to build and I would definitely buy from this manufacturer again!

Cute and great quality!
Crazy easy to build and the quality of the wood was fantastic compared to other booknooks and wooden dollhouse’s I’ve purchased and assembled.

Fun book nook project!
The media could not be loaded. This little book nook was so much fun to put together. The quality of the materials is surprisingly good and the level of detail makes the finished product so charming. The lighting looks really nice and is not overly complicated to put together. The directions can be a little confusing, but if you're used to building kits like this then you probably won't have trouble with it. I put this together in one day but it took me many hours, so it definitely was worth the money. Usually when I buy kits like this I put them together and then give them away to kids in my community, but I might keep this one because I kind of wish I could shrink and jump into the scene.

Best Nook Out There
This is the best book nook I have made. Zero breakage, printed on two sides, very clear instructions and it went together like a breeze. Bonus there is a video on line of the designer putting it together. Loved every minute of this one adnd even personalized it with six of my own original drawings.

Really Great Book Nook!
I had never built a book nook before, but fell in love with this one and wanted to give it a try despite the complexity. Was pleasantly surprised that the instructions were easy to follow and the whole process was quite simple! I finished it in about 4 nights, casually picking away at it while watching movies.I agree that some pieces are delicate. I would recommend running an xacto blade along the back cut lines to release more delicate pieces. I also used my finger and a harder object (like a capped pen) to gently wiggle-press pieces in, making sure to distribute the weight evenly across the piece and to press only on thicker parts. The build itself is very well thought out - it felt like the people who put it together were enthusiastic about the product as they designed it. Loved that they included sandpaper, wax, and glue. Also, they must've listened to feedback because my kit came with an acrylic sheet to use as a dust cover! Incredibly pleased and would recommend this book nook. It's really a steal, especially at the current sale price of $30.
