I bought these because my Spectra S1 didn't come with my size (21) and I didn't want to buy all new flanges. These worked wonderfully. They are super inexpensive, fit well into all my flanges (including 22s for handsfree flanges I bought on Amazon before I realized my size), easy to place and stay put during pumping, quality soft rubbery material that reduces friction discomfort from the plastic flanges, and very easy to wash. I would recommend buying these if you want to resize your flanges without dishing out more money for new ones.Hope this helps!

These inserts definitely seem like they helped my milk supply! They’re soft and easy to insert into my flanges.

I had a feeling I had the wrong flange size but I didn't want to have to buy so many spectra pump parts. I saw a post on social media about flange inserts and after a search, I came across these. I tried as small as I could go and felt a little pain so I knew I had to go up a couple sizes. The flexibility of being able to try a size multiple times until you get a feel for it is so practical. I wish I knew about these sooner!

I ordered these because I needed different size flanges (needed to try 18-21 sizes) and the description said just that. They came and I had 2 sets of 13s and 15s, a set of 14 (not even listed as a size in the description) and no 18-21s. Having another one sent and hope it's right, otherwise this is a scam and lies in the description so don't waste your money.

I haven't seen a difference in my milk supply and milk gets stuck in between the insert piece-- I use the fridge hack so this makes me nervous because that's a lot of stuck milk to pump ontop of. They wash easily and hold up in the sterilizer, I may need more time pumping with them over time.UPDATE: have used these more, and they just don't work as well as a full flange. For me, they mess with the suction power on my Spectra. Once you find your flange size order a full flange, the inserts are nice just to figure out what you need.

They work with many types of 24mm flanges; I've used them with the regular spectra, the wearable spectra, the baby buddha, and the manual medela. Easy to clean, but sometimes can keep a residue from whatever you use for a pumping cream (it's probably because I use regular coconut oil), but very easy to rinse or clean the residue off. I use these daily since buying them, I highly recommend them for people looking for a cheap and functional set of flange inserts. Also, they're both dishwasher safe and sterilizing steam safe.
