Is a filter included?

Yes a filter is included and will filter 2,000 gallons of water which is more than any other filter known to me. Replacement filters will run about $15.00 a year if I remember correctly. This is a very good buy. I also water all my indoor and some outdoor patio plants using this water. J.Maher

Does the included filter remove fluoride as well as it’s mysteriously missing from the list of contaminates?

There is a different filter that is specifically for fluoride. It is sold separately.
