These are very pleasant to take. Has it helped to keep weight at bay,? Possibly, it’s hard to really tell. I know that cinnamon is powerful and has good properties. The real proof is if one stops taking it what happens. Doctors won’t give their approval for a herbal supplement that semi rivals metformin…I always think if the chemical industry and the herbalists got together instead of being rivals, more people would be healthier sooner.
