Very sharp and stay sharp
I love the quality and look of these knives. However if you live with a crazy person, these knives aren’t for you. For example, my wife is upset because these knives are sharp enough to cut her fingers, which she has done several times. Heaven forbid the knives be sharp when we get them She did, however, like how they looked, especially the finish on the blades.
