I recently upgraded my morning routine with OHM Cacao's Mushroom Coffee Alternative. Not only does it blend seamlessly into my usual mix of protein shake, hot water, espresso, and coconut milk, but it also enriches the flavor profile. Additionally, the smooth and flavorful blend of nootropic adaptogenic mushrooms and spices help to increase my focus, inprove gut health, and gives me an energy boost without the caffeine shakiness of a full cup of coffee.The switch from my regular dark cocoa powder to OHM Cacao has retained the rich depth, while introducing a subtle chai flavor from its unique spice blend. Moreover, thanks to the natural caffeine content from the cacao and the synergistic effects of the mushrooms, I've been able to reduce the amount of espresso I add to my mix, while still feeling fully awake and ready for the day.

It ALWAYS ends up mostly on the bottom of my cup. Gotta stir it repeatedly. Taste is good, except for the grit since it doesn't dissolve well.

There is a statement that says "2000mg of mushrooms in every serving". That's about all the important information they give you. Is there a reason they don't want you to know the blend. There is nothing happy about the feeling I got. I have tried the recommended serving of 1 Tablespoon. I tried it with coffee two mornings in a row. Once with the whole tablespoon and once with half the serving size in a cup of coffee. I had two cups this way and got the same results. No energy, no happy feeling, no feeling better about life. Basically the marketing on the website states "raise the vibration of the planet by awaken consciousness and nourishing the mind, body, and spirit using the transformative power of cacao plant and the connection created by the mycelium of medicinal mushrooms". I got none of that. I feel I wasted my money since you can't return it. Going back to Megaplants Cacoa Magic. At least they tell you what you are buying and it works!

Too gritty but delicious

I add this to my morning coffee for a delicious change of pace. The mushrooms have proven for me a definite game changer for my health. I don't experience the highs & lows of coffee alone and the flavor is out of the world!

This is the best alternative to coffee I have tasted, it is absolutely delicious. My body craves it, I mix it with almond milk or any non-dairy product warmed and then add a heaping tablespoon to my cup😋 is so good and great for you, it really gives me a energy and mood boost! Highly recommend!!

Out of all the mushroom coffees I’ve tried this one is the most gritty and off tasting.
