Yes it will fit. There’s inter adjustable sleeves to remove or add.

Q: Can i install them on paver patio brick pillars ?

I think you could. The bottom has a lip that slides over the top of a 6X6 post. It's about a half inch in depth. If you put some stainless steel washers under the mounting holes inside the base and then used some anchors with the screws, I think it would work.
