It's a garden piece with a moving head.
I purchased this to act as a deterrent to the crows in our garden, and bought it on other reviews (which ,I now realise , not truthful) ... It does not deter any bird including crows, it makes an owl like noise , and that is if something is within 2 foot of it anything further than this it does not detect, however crows/ birds are definitely NOT deterred. I wasted my money on this. Personally in all honesty and based on my own experience, I would not recommend this product. I left it on a wall near the bins in hope someone would take it, that was 3 days ago, and it is still where I left it !! 🫣🙄

Need to get rid off the birds..
We have had loads of pigeons nesting on our roof for months, and needed to get rid of them...all part of the plan...lets see
