These work great as a sleep aid. Works better than Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) sleep aids. These are strong enough to break in half, and only 1/2 or 1/4 pill helps me sleep all night. The whole entire pill is too much and makes me feel groggy the next day. But, 1/2 of one of these has me sleeping soundly all night. I highly recommend these for a good night sleep.

This stuff knocks me out! I sleep through the night and it does not seem to lose it's effectiveness with daily use.

This review is for HealthA2Z® Sleep Aid -Doxylamine Succinate 25mg (200 Count). I've been using Doxylamine Succinate for a while now, when I need extra help to sleep. I try not to take it daily. But, chronic insomnia often gets the best of me. When I use this product, it does help me sleep better. I suggest taking it only when you plan on getting a full night's sleep. Otherwise, you might feel a bit groggy later on, after awakening. Since I have chronic insomnia, I do still wake up many times throughout the night, even when taking this. Though, I'm usually able to go back to sleep pretty quickly. This isn't ideal. But, I'm fairly happy with it, since it helps me get a decent amount of sleep. I'd also like to mention the pill form of Doxylamine Succinate, no matter the brand I've used, to have a nasty bitter flavor, when left in the mouth too long before swallowing it. This brand is no different. The terrible taste becomes noticeable quickly. I usually don't have to taste it, as long as I swallow it almost immediately. I make sure to have my drink already in hand. 😅 I haven't had any issues with upset stomach. I also think the 200 count bottle is the best value for the money.

these are very good functionality for helping you fall asleep for me I think the strength is excellent and the quality is they come sealed in a nice container no destroyed pills, tamper seal intact fresh ands not expired. No side effects unless you take them very late at night then you might feel groggy In morning.

I love these pills. I use to take 12.5 Zolpidem and if you take these pills you know how awful the side effects can be. It is known as the zombie pill and I had a huge scare where I was awake for a day with loads of activity but really have no full memory. It feels like remember parts of a dream. After that happened I stopped taking them and started looking for a pill that could help me sleep and I was struggling until I found this pill. This really helps me sleep. I feel refreshed in the morning and I do not feel addicted to them. This is really my sleep saver

I've slept, so they must help. They don't work like Benadryl, you have to want to sleep.
