When you open it the odor is strong but that tells you it’s full of b’s. I wanted to get more b’s as I age. Don’t know if they are working and may not take daily but three times a week.

I’m not a doctor, but this brand seems to work well, and I tend to have more energy when I take it on the regular.

Good quality vitamins.

This B complex vitamin supplement is fantastic! You get a surplus of the RDA of C and B vitamins. Vitamin C and all of the B vitamins can be taken in excess safely because they don't build up in your system like other vitamins. Your body takes what it needs and discards the rest. These are made in the USA at a GMP certified facility. Quality tested for metals. Easy to swallow.

These supplements seem to work well and are comparable to other vitamins I've tried. I don't notice a specific impact that I'd attribute to these supplements, which is what I expect for the most part.

After all these years, my first time taking a B Vitamin, so I have nothing to compare these pills with. I will say that like all other Vimerson pills I have tried they are easy to swallow. But the pills themselves have a strong odor and now my urine looks radioactive.

And the Dosage…The capsules are large and the dose is good, so I am taking one a day of these, plus a good Multi-Vitamin that has a lot more ingredients, but a lower dose of B Vitamins.
